Apophenia
Apophenia is the strong tendency to perceive meaningful connections between unrelated events, objects or ideas. I've also heard it described as “the exhilarating feeling of being overwhelmed by coincidences”. If you enjoy conspiracy theories you're probably a bit of an apopheniac.
